This is a lovely, leather bound third edition of Life in Normandy.

This book was chiefly written for people who cannot afford cooks and who catch or earn their food and offers hints from French housewives' on how to feed a family on small means. This edition is illustrated with a frontispiece and an illustrated title page.

Condition

In full calf leather. Externally, smart. There is some fading to the joints, spine and extremities and a few marks to the boards. There is a bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound with bright clean pages.
