Sir Willoughby Francis Wade was a British physician, surgeon, and professor of medicine, known for his 1893 study of gout.
In the cloth binding of the Birmingham Medical Institute, and with their stamp to the title page, and one further page.
Condition
In a contemporary cloth library binding. Bumping to back strip head and tail. Rubbing to boards and board extremities. Contemporary inscription to front pastedown, and bookplate to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Tide marks to head of front pastedown, front free endpaper, and from the title page to page 55. Library stamp to title page, and one further page. Pages lightly age toned, and otherwise clean.
