Third edition. Illustrated throughout with many plates, including a folding diagram of the spine. Rebound by Hawkins, Son and Loxley (binder's label to front pastedown).

Condition

Rebacked in cloth with original half-leather boards. Externally sound, though with some rubbing and a few marks. Internally, firmly bound. Ink signature to title page. Institutional ink stamps throughout. Some opening tears to folding plates. Pages are bright, though with some patches of foxing throughout.
