    Scarce

    Four pamphlets, being:

    'Catalogue of the Old Manchester and Salford Exhibition', 1904. Printed for the Lancashire and Cheshire Antiquarian Society.

    'On Books Published in Liverpool' by Albert J. Mott, Esq., 1859.

    'The Pamphlet Literature of Liverpool' by Thomas Dawson Esq., 1864.

    'The Manchester Press Before 1801: A List of Books, Pamphlets and Broadsides printed in Manchester in the 18th Century', 1931. Published by the Libraries Committee. Complete with the original paper wraps bound in.

    A scarce collection relating to the history of publishing in and around Lancashire.

    Condition

    In a full cloth binding with a leather spine label. Externally very smart, with just light general wear. Internally, firmly bound, with a slight strain at pages 52 and 53 of the first pamphlet. Pages are bright and clean.
