Externally a trifle rubbed with shelf wear, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities, back strip lifting to front joint, boards lightly marked. Cloth reinforced to front hinge. Ex-library with usual stamps throughout. Internally, binding firm. Pages generally very clean throughout, odd spotting affecting odd leaf particularly leaves of plates. Closed tear to fourth plate.
