This is a scarce copy of The Magazine of Natural Philosophy, edited by Edward Joseph Lowe.

The magazine was intended to be a popular account of everything new that takes place in science, no matter what branch of philosophy. The leading feature of the magazine is the state of the weather and its effects upon disease, humans, animals and plants. 

With six coloured maps and numerous illustrations throughout the text and 26 pages of publisher's adverts to the rear. 
Collated, complete. 

This is an ex-library copy.

Condition

In half morocco binding. Externally, worn to the boards and spine with a library sticker to the front board. There is a library table to the front pastedown and library stamp and markings to the title page. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
