An interesting theological study, regarding the relationship between the power and wisdom of God and astronomy, a field of science that was quickly expanding during the Victorian era.

Condition

In a half crushed morocco binding with cloth to the boards. Externally, the cloth is lifting a little from the boards. Light marks and discolouration to the boards and spine. Paper to the front pastedown is lifting a little. Author's inscription to the recto to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
