In the original French. With the original wraps bound in. in a slightly later cloth binding. Internally very good.

Bears a former owner's inscription to the front free endpaper, 'D. L. Cumming'.
In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Some tidemarks and fading to the front board and slight rubbing to the head of the front hinge. Light shelfwear to the head and tail of the spine, and extremities. Marks to the front and rear paste downs and free endpapers, including former owner's inscription. Hinges to front slightly strained but still firm. Internally, firmly bound. Some small tidemarks to gutter of first few pages, and head of last few. Pages bright and generally clean.
