    Volumes one and two of the Poetical Works of Samuel Butler, lacking volume three. Volumes two, three and four of the Poetical Works of Geoffrey Chaucer, lacking volume one. Part of The Annotated Edition Of The English Poets series, edited by Robert Bell. Handsomely bound in half calf with marbled boards. Includes notable works such as Hudibras by Samuel Butler and The Wyf of Bathes Tale and The Persones Tale by Geoffrey Chaucer.

    Condition

    In half calf with marbled boards. Externally smart with slight rubbing to the extremities. Slight bumping to the extremities. Internally firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean with scattered spotting, heavier to the first and last few pages.
