A first edition of this uncommon work.

Condition

In a contemporary full cloth binding. Externally rather worn; rear board is loose, joints are worn and there is loss to the head and tail of the spine and the extremities. Spine label is worn. Paper clippings pasted to the front pastedown, alongside an ownership inscription. Internally, binding is rather tender throughout. Pages are age-toned.
