Two comprehensive volumes detailing the houses and seats of Great Britain from Compton Park to Grotton Hall. With thirty two plates of seats and sixteen plates of arms to volume one. With twenty three plates of views of houses and fourteen plates of arms to volume two. Collated, complete.
Condition
In half calf leather with marbled boards. Externally, very smart with some marks to the boards. Volume one has a bookplate for Michael Matantos to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright pages with some scattered spots to the odd leaf.
