This copy contains two identical indexes, one bound to the rear and one after the introduction.

Condition
In a full cloth binding, with the original boards laid down. Externally generally smart; extremities are a little bumped and worn. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are just a little age-toned to the edges, with the odd spot.
