These volumes are copies of the fifth edition which has been enlarged and the text considerably augmented by Professor Willis, with the addition of many new articles with the number of illustrations being increased from eleven hundred to seventeen hundred. Within this edition, more attention has been given to the subject of mediaeval carpentry.
With two hundred and sixty four plates in total and frontispieces to volumes one and two.
With a bookplate for Sir. William Eden, who could be the fourth Baronet.
