What Our Customers Say...

Description

Rebound

This journal of far-flung travel is a beautifully-written testament to the wonders of the wider world, and is brimming with fascinating minutiae detailing the perils and delights of an age where getting 'there' was well and truly half of the adventure - if not more! Arranged with a lovely table of context identifying both places and anecdotal incidents.

Condition

Rebound in cloth retaining the old publisher's cloth. Sound with slight rubbing. Lovely bottle-green colour with contrasting label. Corners of boards bumped with some wear to extremities. Internally, very firmly bound. Front hinge tender though. Pages bright and clean notwithstanding some marginal dusting. Frontispiece disbound due to strained hinge.
