A fascinating and helpful guide to measuring. Written by Edward Hoppus. He invented the Hoppus unit of measuring, measuring the solid content and value of any building materials that is square or round. Previous owner's ink inscription to rear free endpaper.

Condition

In a morocco binding. Externally, sound. Some llight wear to extremities, rubbing and marks to boards. Front hinge failed, reinforcement to both hinges with paper. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places. Pages are bright but with occasional scattered foxing and handling marks.

Overall: Good Only
