Description

Along with Samuel Taylor Coleridge, the two are considered the founders of the Romantic Age, rejecting the modernity of the Industrial Revolution occurring as they were writing. Illustrated with a frontispiece of the author and an illustrated title page.

In a full straight grain morocco binding. Externally generally smart, some loss to the leather of the joints and extremities. Gift inscription to the front pastedown. Internally firmly bound, pages bright and clean.
