A very scarce work.

The fourth year of these proceedings following the passing of the Municipal Reform Act.

Consisting of reports of meeting held between Nov. 21, 1838, and November 9th the following year. Each report is individually calculated.

With an index of names, and list of standing committees. 

Inscription to front pastedown. 

Offering insight into the workings of Newcastle Council in the mid nineteenth century.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to spine head and tail, with horizontal split to cloth towards the spine head. Head of front joint starting, with board firmly held. Inscription to front pastedown. Internally, binding lightly strained throughout. Pages bright, with significant spotting throughout.
