Complete in two volumes, bound as one. In the original French. Frederic Soulie was a popular French novelist and playwright. In total his bibliography spans to over forty sensation novels. He first caught attention with his novel 'Les Deux Cadavres'.
Condition
In a half calf binding with marbled paper covered boards. Externally, generally smart with patches of rubbing to the boards and extremities. Further light rubbing to the joints and to the head and tail of spine. Front hinge is strained but firm after page 2. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age toned with light spots and a few light tidemarks throughout.
