A brilliant piece of administrative history.

Condition

In a full cloth binding. Externally generally smart; the spine is a little cocked with chipping to the head and tail, and there is an ink stain to the cover. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
