A copy of the Keepsake for 1834.
The original moire silk binding is in remarkable condition as they rarely survive well.
The Keepsake contains a collection of short stories written by various contributors including E. D. Baynes, J. M. Wilson and Lady Emeline Stuart Wortley. Some of the stories included in the volume are The Sandman, The Fane of Memory and The Sweets of Love.
With fifteen plates including the frontispiece and engraved title page.
Collated, complete.

Condition
In the publisher's original moiré binding. Externally, smart with some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and some rubbing to the rear joint. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
