Commander Michel Ney, 1st Duke of Elchingen, was one of the eighteen original Marshals of the Empire created by Napoleon. He fought in the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars.
Condition
In quarter morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Externally, some general shelf wear to the boards and rubbing to the spine. Internally, front hinge is starting to the head and rear hinge is strained. Pages are slightly age-toned and contain the odd spot, but are otherwise generally clean.
