Illustrated with fifty-five engraved maps and plans across all six volumes. Collated, complete.
With half titles to volume I and II, and publisher's advertisements to the rear of volumes I, III, IV and V.
With the armorial bookplate of Timothy Eden to each front pastedown.

Rebacked, in full calf bindings with endpapers renewed. Rubbing to board perimeters. Armorial bookplate to front pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean and bright, with the odd instance of foxing to plates.
