An in-depth study of the Peninsular war, fought in the Iberian Peninsula by Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom against the occupying forces of the First French Empire between 1807 and 1814, during the Napoleonic Wars.

Condition

In uniform full diced calf bindings with titles in gilt to morocco spine labels, marbled edges and endpapers. Externally sound with shelf wear, rubbed to spine and joints. Front board vol. I loose but present, joints vol. III cracked, boards holding. Internally, firmly bound. Light odd spotting to occasional leaf, otherwise pages bright and clean.
