Volume One only. The full title: Nuovo metodo per apprendere agevolmente la lingua latina, tratto dal francese nell' italico idioma, e per utilita de novelli scolari, aggiuntivi nel principio gli elementi, Tolti dal compendio della medessima opera, per intelligenza di tutte le parti dell' Orazione, e nel fine un trattatello della volgar poesia. Coll'indice dell' Opera promesso nell' avviso del Traduttore, e trascurato in diverse edizioni. Nuova edizione diligentemente riveduta e corretta all' uso del seminario Napolitano.

Condition

In a vellum binding. Externally, worn, with significant loss and lifting to the vellum, with some ink inscriptions. The front joint is cracked. The hinges have partially failed, with the textblock held by two cords only. Internally, firmly bound, bright, with some foxing, and tidemarks to the top corners throughout. There is a tidemark to the bottom margin of the first fifty pages.
