The Waverley Novels are a long series by Sir Walter Scott. They were the most widely read works of their time and remained as popular for nearly a century. This set contains all the Waverley novels such as The Black Dwarf, Rob Rob, The Abbot, The Pirate, Old Mortality and Woodstock. Sir Walter Scott was a Scottish historical novelist, playwright and poet. He was one of the first to have contemporary readers in Europe, Australia and North America.
