Condition
In a full straight grain morocco binding. Externally, a little worn, with some rubbing to the spines and extremities. Front board of Volumes X, XI, and XIII are detached but present. Loss to the tail of the spine of Volume VIII, a smaller amount of loss to the head and tail of the spines of Volume I, to the head of the spine of Volume V, and to the spine of Volume X. Spines are faded. Small chip to the head of the spine of Volume II. A few small marks to the boards, heavier to the rear board of Volume XIII. Light bumping to the extremities. Crack to the head of the rear joint of Volume VI. Spine labels for 'Comedies' and 'Operas' Volumes III have been switched. Rear hinge of Volume V is a little strained. Hinges of Volume XII are starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and clean, with the occasional scattered spot
