A very scarce pamphlet of The Trail of Sir Francis Burdett, Bart At Leicester, On Thursday, March 23d, 1820, before Mr. Justice Best, and Special Jury. 

Sir Francis Burdett was a British politician and Member of Parliament who gained notoriety as a proponent of universal male suffrage. Burdett was charged with libelling the House of Commons and was held at the Tower of London. 

With two pages of adverts to the rear.

Condition

Re-bound in cloth. Externally, excellent. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright pages with some scattered spots.
