Two volumes.
The first volume contains Cases Determined at Nisi Prius, in the Court of King's Bench, from the sittings after Easter Term to the sittings after Michaelmas term by Thomas Peake, the third corrected edition published in 1820.
The second volume contains Additional Cases: Being a continuation of Case at Nisi Prius before Lord Kenyon and other Eminent Judges, taken at different times between the years 1795 and 1812 by Thomas Peake.
Condition
In full calf binding with the spines replaces. Externally, generally smart with some marks and rubbing to the boards. Queens College stamp to both front pastedowns Stamp to the page after the front free endpaper of the first volume and to the title page of the second volume. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
