    Description

    Leather Binding, Rebound, Very Scarce

    A new edition, corrected and expanded. With chapters on Italian grammar and vocabulary of sea-terms and phrases. In two volumes, Italian-English and English-Italian. Grammar notes in English. 

    Compiled by G. Graglia. A very scarce work in all editions. With advertisements to the new edition.

    Condition

    In half morocco binding over marbled boards, titles in gilt to morocco spine label. Externally with shelf wea, rubbed to spine, back strip darkened. Bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities. Previous ownership inscription to front free endpaper dated 1830. Internally, firmly bound. Light spotting to occasional leaf, page otherwise generally very clean throughout with only a touch of age toning, as usual with the type of paper used.
