Description

The Book of Common Prayer is used by Anglicans, with this edition printed for the Church of England. It first appeared in 1549 following the English Reformation, and has seen many different versions, editions and reprints. Lutheran, Presbyterian and Methodist churches have also borrowed from the Book of Common Prayer.

Containing two beautifully pressed yellow flowers.

Condition

In a full calf binding. Externally a trifle rubbed, in particular to the boards. The tail of the spine is chipped and extremities bumped. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a touch age-toned in places, but otherwise clean. The text block is a little bumped to the edges as well.
