Dated via Jisc. First and only edition of this work. A very scarce pamphlet, listed in only seven institutional libraries including Lancaster University and the University of Birmingham Libraries. 

Concerned with the imprisonment system in 19th century Great Britain, in response to Sir F. Burdett's letter to his constituents on 24th March 1810, radical paper which reflected on the rights and privileges of the House of Commons. 

William Cobbett was an English pamphleteer and politician and radical .

Condition

Unbound. With professional paper repairs to spine of external wraps. Minor spotting to last leaf of text, paper otherwise bright and clean.
