Includes a dedication from the author from the year it was published as well as various fold out maps and letter facsimiles which add to the text.

Condition

In cloth bindings with paper covered boards. Externally, worn. Bumped with marks to boards. Hinges weak. Dedication from author glued to front pastedown. Internally, binding strained. Pages spotted throughout with institutional stamp to half title.
