    Description

    Leather Binding, Very Scarce

    Including vignette title pages. Bookplate of Lachlan John Mackintosh of Dalmunzie. Complete in two volumes.

    Condition

    In a full mottled calf bindings. Externally, sound, though with some rubbing to the extremities and some wear. There are some marks to the boards. Backstrip to the first volume is lifting, and three joints are cracked. Bookseller's label to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Hinges are strained. Pages are bright, and clean, with just a few instances of foxing.
