This is a third edition copy of Poems by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

This volume includes many of Coleridge's poems, including Songs of the Pixies, The Rose, Kisses, To Sara, The Sigh, Genevieve, Absence, a Farewell Ode, Lines to a beautiful Spring, Written in Early Youth, To a Young Lady, imitated from Ossian, The Complaint of Nina-thoma, Imitated from the Welch, To a young Ass, To an Infant, Epitaph on an Infant, Domestic Peace, Lines on the Man of Ross, To a friend, with an unfinished poem, Lines on a friend who died of a frenzy fever and Monody on Chatterton. 

This volume also includes his Sonnets from 1-19. 

Coleridge was an English poet and founder of the Romantic movement in England along with William Wordsworth.

Condition

In full calf binding. Externally somewhat worn with the spine, joints and extremities exposed and rubbed and there are a few marks to the boards. There is a bookplate to the front pastedown and previous owner ink to the front free endpaper. Front hinge is starting but remains firm. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright clean pages with the odd scattered spot throughout.
