Written by Sir John Sinclair, 1st Baronet (1754-1835), a British writer and politician known for the first use of the word 'statistics' in the English language. He was renowned in particular for his works on agriculture and finance.

Bound without the title page. 

Complete with a folding plate comprising the layout of a farm.

Condition

In a quarter cloth binding. Externally very smart, with the odd mark to the boards and a little bumping to extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are uncut and a touch age-toned, but otherwise clean.
