His Manuel D'Un Cours De Chimie is a reworking of a collection of sixty of his lectures, covering a range of topics within the field of chemistry, including metals, alkalies and acids.
In a half calf binding with marbled boards. Externally generally smart with rubbing to the boards and extremities, resulting in some slight loss to the leather at the head and tail of the spine. Bookplate and contemporary ink inscription to endpapers. Offsetting to endpapers. Loss to rear free endpaper. Internally firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean with scattered spotting. Creasing to the first three and last five leaves.
