Sinclair was responsible for establishing an Edinburgh society for the improvement of British wool. He was also instrumental in the creation of the Board of Agriculture.

In a quarter calf binding, with paper covered boards. Externally, excellent with minor shelfwear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
