Condition
In full calf bindings. Minor losses of leather to back strip heads of volumes I and IV, with light rubbing to back strip heads and tails, and light rubbing to boards. 'BURNS' in ink to the tail of the rear board of volume III. Rear hinges of volumes I and II lightly strained, but firmly held. Bookplates to front pastedowns, ink portrait to front free endpaper of volume I. Volume III lacking front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
