Description

First Edition

The first edition in the original Latin. ESTC reference no: T45781 Disbound, with an engraved title page. Collated complete. Sir William Fordyce was a Scottish physician whom served as a surgeon in three military campaigns. He wrote many medical tracts including 'A Review of the Venereal Disease and Its Remedies' and 'A New Inquiry into the Causes, Symptoms, and Cure of Putrid and Inflammatory Fevers'.

Condition

Disbound. Externally, very smart with a few light handling marks to the front leaf. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with just the odd spot. A bright, crisp copy.
