A lovely, and richly illustrated, collection.

Condition

In a full calf binding; rebacked with the original boards preserved. Externally very smart; a little bumped to the extremities, with the odd mark to the boards. Ownership bookplate to the front endpaper of each volume, with a handwritten contents page. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a touch age-toned with the odd spot; light offsetting opposing plates. Light worm damage to the tail of the first few leaves of volume II not affecting the text.
