The first edition of this work. This work is undated, with much contention as to its actual publication date. Many believe the work to be 1770. The errata leaf prior to title page is dated January 9 1771. With scarce errata leaf. This work was compiled by Edmund Bott.
Condition
In full calf binding. Externally, worn to the boards and to the spine. Patches of rubbing to the spine. Rubbing has resulted in loss at the head and tail of spine. Further patches of rubbing to the boards has resulted in small areas of loss. Marks to the boards and black deposit, possibly paint. Joints are starting but firm. Rear hinge is strained but firm. Front hinge is tender. Rear endpaper is lacking top half due to a tear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright. Light spots to endpapers and the odd spots throughout.
