Description
A new edition of this work in a library cloth binding. Binder's label of Alfred Tacey to the front paste downs. Library bookplate to the front paste downs. Ink inscription to the title page of Volume I, dated 1796. Ink inscription to the half title page of Volume II. A revised, corrected and considerably enlarged edition of this Italian, Latin and French language dictionary, compiled by the Italian linguist and philologist Annibale Antonini (1702-1755). The first edition was published in 1735.
Condition
In a library cloth binding. Externally smart, with just some minor shelf wear to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, except for a tidemark to the first few pages of vol I.
