Leather Binding, Rebound

Not recorded by ESTC which lists four editions of the Book of Common Prayer printed by Joseph Bentham in 1759 at various pricings to foot of title page (Price 3s. 4d. unbound fine paper edition; Price six pence; Price Nine Pence unbound; Price 1s. unbound). This Price 1s. 8d. unbound, final leaf H8.

Complete with the Book of Common Prayer and the Psalter of David.

Condition

in full tree calf binding. Externally with some shelf wear, rubbed to spine, joints, and extremities of boards. Tape repaired to front hinge title page. Previous ownership inscription to title page dated 1736. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean throughout.
