From the library of Hugh Selbourne, with his library stamp to the bottom of first leaf. Hugh Selbourne MD (1906-1973) was a noted book collector and diarist.
Collated, lacking the title page, and the final leaf only contains the top half. The printer's device to the final leaf has been removed by a prior owner, leaving only the top half of the final leaf.
Dennis de Coetlogon is best known for writing 'An Universal History of Arts and Sciences'. This work was also issued as part of 'Various ironic and serious discourses on the subject of physik'.
Condition
Disbound. Externally, generally smart with a few light spots. Final leaf has a few chips and a minor hole. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with just the odd spots.
