What Our Customers Say...

Description

Early Edition, Leather Binding

The first edition of this work.

In the original French.

A scarce work on the examination of religious dissent. Here Le Clerc looks at the general reasons that lead ubelievers to reject Christianity.

Le Clerc was a Genevan theologian and biblical scholar. He was famous for promoting exegesis or critical interpretation of the Bible. He was a radical of his age, and parted with Calvinism over his interpretations and left Geneva for that reason.
