A3, B-D8, E4, F-H8, i*, I-N8, O3. Collated, complete. With leaf i* present, which is often found lacking.
Rebound in half morocco. Endpapers renewed, but retaining two original front blanks, but lacking the rear free endpaper.
With the contemporary ink inscription "John Lambert 1664" to a front blank.
With the bookplate of Henry J.B. Clements to the front pastedown.
A very scarce genealogical and heraldic work.
Condition
Rebound in half morocco, with cloth covered boards. Endpapers renewed. Rubbing to back strip, joints and board perimeters, otherwise smart. Hinges strained, but firmly held. Retaining two original front blanks, one of which is repaired to the gutter and features a contemporary inscription. Bookplate to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages lightly age toned due to paper type, but generally clean and bright. Light worming to fore edges of page 85-93, resulting in a small closed tear in this region. Further small area of worming to gutter of pages 115-157, obscuring one or two words of text to the central twenty pages.
