Three volumes in one, being two volumes of 'Manuale Praelatorum Regularium', and one volume of 'De Sacris Monialibus Tractus F.'. An analysis of the Gospel of John in the Bible, discussing various aspects of the gospel. The author looks into what one can learn from the gospel, and how to life and worship according to the writings, in relation to the Catholic religion. The discourses in the gospel are supposedly concerned with the issues of the church-synagogue debate which was underway during the time of the writing. This sees the beginning of the movement of separating Judaism and Christianity. Written by Luis de Miranda, a monk of the Order of St. Francis.
