In contemporary paper vellum binding. Externally, worn. Loss to the spine and to the boards due to rubbing and handling. Boards have creased slightly. Prior library label adhered to the front joint. Front hinge has failed with the backstrip lifted from the textblock. Rear hinge is weak and held by one cord only. May detach with further handling. Endpapers are damaged with chipping. Front and rear endpapers has detached from textblock and are loosely inserted. Internally, firmly bound. Small armorial crest stamps to the title page and to the final leaf. Pages are age toned to edges. Some tidemarks to the top edge of several pages, not affecting text. Instances of occasional spots throughout.
