The first Parisian edition of Les Chansons des Rues et des Bois, from Victor Hugo, in a decorative calf binding.
Whilst the Brussel's edition is stated 1865, it seems the Paris edition was published simultaneously. There is no edition stated in this copy.
In the original French.
CONDITION
In a half calf binding. Externally, slightly rubbed. The front joint is just starting. Internally, firmly bound, with intermittent scattered foxing, prominent to the first and last few pages. Overall: VERY GOOD.
